POOL
Children under 14 MUST be supervised or accompanied by an adult over 18 in the pool and the hot tub.
QUIET TIME
Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors by honoring the quiet hours. Loud music is not acceptable at any time. Guests who fail to honor the quiet hours will be asked to leave without a refund.
SITES
Each site has room for an RV and one vehicle. Extra vehicles must be parked at one of the designated parking areas. Do not park in adjacent sites or on the street, Do not park on the grass. If you have guests, it Is your responsibility to make sure they adhere to the parking rules.
No vehicle maintenance or repairs are allowed at the sites.
The grass is watered dally. It requires 23 hours of continuing cycles to water the resort. We assume no responsibility for Items left outside your RV. We attempt to cause as little inconvenience as possible with the irrigation, but our watering cycles can not please everyone.
FACILITIES
Restrooms and showers are for registered guests only. They are checked and maintained regularly. Please do your part to keep 1hem clean, and notify staff if any of our facilities need attention.
CLUBHOUSE
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the clubhouse. Clubhouse hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If a group has the clubhouse reserved, they are entitled to exclusive use.
TENTS
Tents are not allowed on resort property. All guests must sleep inside the RVs.
PETS:
Pets are great, and most of us love them dearly. But, some people are not fond of animals, and we need to respect 1heir space. Pets are not to be tied up to any of the resort trees or property, left outside unattended, allowed to be off leashes, or taken into any of the resort buildings or the pool/patio area. We provide a nice dog run area with a wash stand where pets can roam free as long as yoμ are there with them. And remember, the most important responsibility a pet owner has is to clean up after your pet. Pet owners who fail to take responsibility for their pets will be asked to leave without refund.
Pet limits are 2 for large breeds and 3 for small. No aggressive breeds allowed.
ALCOHOL
Alcoholic beverages are to be enjoyed at your site only, not in the pool area.
LITTER
Please do not throw cigarette butts, candy wrappers, or other trash on the grounds.
ETIQUETTE
The resort provides a wonderful playground area for children. Children under 6 must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Please remind your children that sites are like yards: they are not to go in someone else’s site unless Invited. There are sidewalks through each of the site areas for everyone to use. Please respect other people’s privacy.
Bicycles
Bicycles are to be ridden on the streets only. They are not to be ridden on the sidewalks or on the grass. A bike rack is provided outside of the store. Bicycles and scooters left on the sidewalk are a hazard to people walking.
